- Such updates will apply to all pending orders.
- Each request corresponds to one commission at a time.
- Mistakes made by the artist will be corrected free of charge.Summary of the procedure:- When you submit your request, I will contact you to let you know the order is accepted.
- If it is accepted, the final price of your order will be determined.
- Once the client has made the full payment, it will be added to the pending orders list.
- When it's your turn, I will send you a sketch.
- When I'm working on your commission (sketch stage), you'll have the opportunity to make up to 3 changes based on what you described originally, to achieve the result the client wants.Prices and Payments:- Prices are in US dollars (USD) only.
- Payments are made via PayPal/Ko-fi.
- The price may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
- The price will be confirmed before payment.
- I'll work on commissions in the order of payment dates.
- I will not start a commission until I receive full payment.
- Commission prices are for personal use only.Refunds:- Please be sure before requesting the commission; NO refunds will be accepted.
- Payments are non-refundable at the customer's request, except for the exceptions indicated below: In the event that the artist is unable to complete the commission, the payment will be refunded partially (depending on the stage of the commission) or in full (if the artist did not start your order).Delivery Date:- The delivery date will depend on your order in the pending orders list! Please be patient. It can currently take anywhere from a few days to approximately two months. If you're ordering a gift (birthday, etc.), please keep that in mind.Copyright:- The artist retains copyright to the commission.
- Do not claim my work as your own, and do not sell my work, please.
- The client is permitted the uses specified in “Commission Uses”.Commission Uses:- All commissions are for personal use only (social media, printing for yourself, giving as a gift is permitted).
- Commissions may NOT be used for commercial purposes, only personal use.
- People who are NOT authorized by the client will not be able to use the commission.
- Please credit me and do not remove my watermark when publicly displaying my work.Commission delivery (overall):- PNG file

- Half-body and full-body: 210×297mm / 2480×3508 px - 300 DPIClarifications:- Via form: I ALREADY SUBMITTED MY FORM, WHAT'S NEXT? You must wait for it to be reviewed. I will contact you. If your order is accepted, then we will proceed with the full payment (the client must attach proof of payment) and I'll add you to my pending orders list (each commission is processed in order of payment date).
- PRICE. The client needs to clarify all the details to accept the order and define the price to be paid. Once accepted and paid for, no major changes can be made.
- Via form: HAS YOUR ORDER BEEN ACCEPTED? Once full payment is received, I'll send you a sketch when it's your turn on the pending order list. When the client approves the sketch (it must match what was requested on their form), the commission will proceed! After the sketch stage, no changes will be accepted (i.e., once the line art is in progress).
- WHEN THE CUSTOMER HAS ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT. You will be added to the pending orders list. The customer should avoid requesting changes that contradict what they stated originally, as this may affect the commission already paid (which will have an additional cost, if the customer wants the changes.). The client may request reasonable adjustments during the sketch stage (3 changes). Please describe your order as clearly as possible before making the payment.
- HOW WILL I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY COMMISSION? You can check it on this page (pending order list): https://trello.com/b/MscNMFNT/chiinyeko-commissionsCommissions:- CONFIDENTIALITY. The client can choose to keep their order private/confidential. If you do not request confidentiality, the commission may be published on my social media or used by me as an example of my work (it will be published with a watermark indicating that it is a commission). The artist will not use the commission to create or sell digital or physical products unless explicit permission is granted.
- ABSENCE. If the client does not respond within 5 business days after receiving an update, message, or sketch requiring a response, the commission may be paused until a response is received. The artist will then proceed with the next order on the pending list. If the artist has already begun working on the next order, the client must wait until it is completed before resuming their commission.
- ORDER REJECTION. The order can be rejected for any reason, and in turn it will not be mandatory to indicate this reason to the client. Please be sure to read the terms of service.I draw:
